How It Works

Immediately after purchasing, you’ll receive an email from Rockee with a QR code. Simply scan that QR code with your eSIM compatible device, install the eSIM and you’re ready to go.

Make sure that you keep the eSIM turned “OFF” until you arrive in Europe or wait until you are in Europe to activate it (failure to do so may invalidate the eSIM without refund).

Service Notices

• The 30 day validity period for this eSIM begins at date of purchase
• Connecting in any country outside of those listed above or using this eSIM to place a phone call will immediately invalidate the eSIM without refund, so be sure you have it turned off if transiting through non-covered countries (eg: Turkey, Morocco, etc).
• O2 will permanently deactivate this eSIM if either the UK or EU data allocation is used up entirely. For example, if you use over 35GB in Europe, you will not be able to also use 300GB in the UK. As a monthly plan, these limits will automatically reset on the 1st of every month.
• This eSIM will give you a UK IP address, regardless of where you are traveling within the service area.
